These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website estrelamap.online (the “Site”), operated by Estrella (“Estrella”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. Purchases and the maps themselves are governed by our Terms of Service, and personal information by our Privacy Policy.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you are at least 18 years old or use it with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: interfere with its operation or security; attempt to access parts of it, its servers or its data without authorization; use robots, scrapers or automated means to collect content or to submit the questionnaire; submit false, harmful or unlawful content; impersonate another person; or use another person's details without their permission.

2. The questionnaire

When you complete the questionnaire, the details you enter are stored under a short code so that we can continue on WhatsApp or on the Site without asking you again. If you give your email address, we send the first reading to it, and further emails only if you ticked the box for them. The first reading shown on the Site is a short, automatically generated preview based on standard astronomical and numerological calculations, offered for self-reflection and personal growth only. It is not a prediction, a promise or professional advice of any kind.

2a. Content created with AI

The texts, maps, images, videos and characters on the Site and in our ads are created with artificial-intelligence tools, unless stated otherwise. Characters shown in images and videos are not real people, and messages written in Stephany's voice are written by an AI assistant. The method and the knowledge behind them draw on many years of study of astrology, numerology, Kabbalah, Human Design and Gene Keys. Nothing on the Site is a prophecy or a guarantee of any outcome.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, illustrations, the animated map, video, the Estrella name and logo, and the code, is owned by Estrella or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

4. Links and third-party services

The Site links to and relies on third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram (Meta) and Lemon Squeezy (payments). These services are not under our control; their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

5. Cookies and measurement

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to function and to measure our advertising, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Visitors from Canada are asked for consent first. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Accessibility

We work to make the Site accessible to everyone. Read our Accessibility Statement, and tell us on WhatsApp about anything that is hard to use.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estrella will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to hold Estrella harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Site.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use at any time by posting a new version on this page; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
