These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the soul maps and related services offered by Estrella (“Estrella”, “we”, “us”) through WhatsApp and through estrelamap.online (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, completing the questionnaire, sending us your details or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, to our Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you request a map for another person (a partner, a child, a family member or a friend), you confirm that you are allowed to share their details with us, and, for a child, that you are their parent or legal guardian.

2. What a soul map is

A soul map is a personal reading built from the details you give us (name, mother's name, birth date, time and place) using astrology, numerology, Kabbalah, Human Design and Gene Keys. The calculations use standard astronomical data; the interpretations are written with the help of software, including artificial-intelligence tools, following our own method and style.

The Service is offered for self-reflection, personal growth and entertainment only. A map is not a prophecy, a forecast or a promise of any kind. It is not, and does not replace, medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax or any other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not make decisions about your health, relationships, money, career or legal matters based only on a map. We do not predict the future, do not guarantee any result or outcome, and do not claim scientific validity for astrology or the other traditions. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Created with artificial intelligence. The maps, the texts on the Site, in our emails and in the WhatsApp conversation, and the images, videos and characters shown on the Site and in our ads are created with artificial-intelligence tools. Messages in the conversation are written by an AI assistant in Stephany's voice. The method and the knowledge behind the maps draw on many years of study of astrology, numerology, Kabbalah, Human Design and Gene Keys. A private video session, where offered, is held live by a person.

3. Your details

A map is only as accurate as the details it is built from. You are responsible for giving correct details. Before we prepare a map we show you a summary to confirm; a map prepared from details you confirmed is considered delivered as ordered.

4. The free preview and paid maps

We may offer a free preview. Paid products (such as the full soul map, child, couple, nutrition and family maps) are described, with their price, at the time of the offer. Prices are in US dollars and may change; a promotion applies only during its stated period and to the link or code it was offered with. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in a case of a pricing error or suspected misuse, and refund any amount paid.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record (merchant of record) for the transaction and may add sales tax or VAT where applicable. Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment. We never receive or store your card details.

6. Delivery

Maps are delivered as a PDF in the same WhatsApp conversation or, for orders made on the Site, on your private page and by email, normally within a short time after payment and the receipt of all the details we need. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If you have not received a paid map within 24 hours, write to us by email or on WhatsApp and we will resend it or make it right.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Each map is personal digital content created specifically for you from your own details, and its preparation begins right after payment. Therefore, once a paid map has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, to the extent permitted by law. By completing a purchase you ask us to begin preparing the map immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows it, the right to cancel ends once the map is delivered. On the Site you also confirm this by ticking a box before payment.

We will gladly fix the problem or refund you in full if: the map was not delivered within 7 days of payment; it was prepared with details different from the ones you confirmed because of our error; it cannot be opened because of a technical fault on our side that we cannot fix; or you were charged twice for the same order. Write to us by email or on WhatsApp within 14 days of the purchase. Approved refunds are made through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by agreement, including, where it applies to you, the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

8. Messages on WhatsApp

By writing to us you agree that we reply on WhatsApp about your map and your order, including a limited number of follow-up messages (for example, that your map is ready or that an offer is ending). Many of these messages are prepared automatically on Stephany's behalf. You can write “STOP” at any time and we will stop writing to you. WhatsApp is a service of Meta, and its own terms apply to your use of it.

9. Your map and our content

Your map is yours to read, keep and share privately for personal, non-commercial use. All text, designs, graphics, the Estrella name and logo, and the method behind the maps belong to Estrella or its licensors. You may not sell, republish or use the maps or any part of the Service commercially, or to train or build another product, without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Service: no false or harmful information, no harassment or abusive messages, no attempts to obtain maps or refunds by fraud, and no use of other people's details without their permission. We may stop serving anyone who breaks these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any reading or about any result you may expect from it; (b) Estrella will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, opportunity or goodwill, or for any decision you take or do not take based on the Service; and (c) Estrella's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order the claim relates to; and (d) you agree not to bring any claim against Estrella based on the content or interpretation of a reading, or on any decision you made or did not make in reliance on it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case they apply only to the extent allowed.

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold Estrella harmless from any claim by a third party arising from your misuse of the Service, from your breach of these Terms, or from details you shared about another person without permission.

13. Third-party services

The Service relies on others, including WhatsApp (Meta), Lemon Squeezy, and hosting and technology providers. We are not responsible for their availability, terms or practices.

14. Changes and ending the Service

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We may change, suspend or end any part of the Service; if we end it, paid maps not yet delivered will be delivered or refunded.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country. Before any formal claim, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter in good faith.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Estrella about the Service. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
